VTA possesses the know-how with regard to technologies, which were developed by the former Veba Oel AG. This know-how includes technical procedures for processing chemical and petrochemical products.
During the depolymerization process, plastic waste products are fluidized and then added to the crude oil processing. Chlorine compounds are cracked and transformed into utilizable raw materials as synthetic oil and hydrochloric acid.
The rotary kiln coking is a process that is used to treat thermally decomposable wastes and sewage sludges as well as residual materials from the petroleum and chemicals processing industry by subjecting them to high temperatures. The products can either be placed in end storage or further processed. In a pyrolysis plant that was newly constructed in the US, this process was implemented and commissioned with success.

Dispatch automation involves a sophisticated software solutions for the petrochemical and petroleum processing industry as well as operator-based control systems for automating dispatch procedures and optimizing processes.
From integration and procurement of necessary components such as flow meters, calibration memories, scales or even safety-oriented control systems through to connection to ERP systems, e.g. SAP, you will find everything need from a single source (even as a turnkey plant and with continuous system maintenance if so desired).
