As an engineering company, VTA Process Technology and Automation GmbH, with headquarters in Gelsenkirchen and locations in Lingen and Schwedt, is an innovative partner for companies in the mineral oil and chemical industries. VTA's range of services includes the following areas: process engineering planning, development, process automation, engineering and project management. This means that VTA covers the entire project portfolio from the study through planning, procurement and assembly supervision to commissioning and maintenance.
We are looking for someone to strengthen our team in Gelsenkirchen at the earliest possible date:
CAE-Administrator (f/m/d)
What you can expect from us:
- Administration and customizing of the CAE system SmartPlant Instrumentation (SPI)
- Integration of the CAE system in the customer environment
- Implementation of root elements
- Troubleshooting support
- Dealing with databases for exporting/importing large amounts of data
- Guided user training courses
- Participation in interesting projects
Ideally, you have the following qualifications:
- Completed university or technical college studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer science, automation technology or comparable qualifications or a state-certified technician with relevant professional experience
- You have several years of experience in working on MSR projects, particularly in field device technology, system technology, circuit technology and explosion protection
- You have a quick comprehension as well as a proactive, future- and solution-oriented way of working and thinking and are willing to constantly develop at a high level
- You are a team player and see yourself as an engineering service provider
- Strong specialist knowledge in the use of MS Office (Access and Excel) rounds off your profile
- Good written and spoken English knowledge

Project Manager (f/m/d)
You will take over the lead of investment projects in close cooperation with the representatives of our customers. You coordinate all involved departments, external suppliers and contractors and you manage the project schedule, the progress and cost control as well as the change management.

For our exciting, long-term customer projects we are looking for
Engineers Chemical Engineering (f/m/d)
You will carry out the basic and detailed process engineering for investment projects for complex processing plants in the petroleum and petrochemical industry. Within our project organization you will take over the technical lead of your team of assigned process engineers.
